Red clover is a wild plant that has also been used to support proper lymphatic function, immune support, healthy skin, and proper endocrine function, as it acts as a diuretic (helping the body get rid of excess fluid) and improving circulation. Red clover contains isoflavones, plant-based estrogen-like chemical, generally useful as a tonic for menstrual irregularity and menopause.
