Marshmallow has been used for over 2000 years for its soothing properties on irritated tissues. It is bland in taste but mucilaginous in the mouth and other tissues.
Ingredients: Organic Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis). Also known by Althea Root, Sweet Weed, Mallards, Guimauve.
1 oz. Loose Herbs
Suggested Uses: For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min.

PRECAUTION: Should be taken with at least 250mL (8 oz) of liquid. Orally administered drugs should be taken 1 hour before use or several hours after, as marshmallow may slow the absorption.
